Heritage Publishing produces the First Coast Relocation Guide ("Guide") on an annual basis, which is a valuable resource for individuals relocating to the North Florida region.
WHEREAS, Agent desires to participate in the Guide for the year 2024 and receive a featured space within the publication, along with additional online exposure on www.RelocateNorthFlorida.com.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, Brokerage and Agent agree as follows:
1. Participation and Cost:

Agent agrees to participate in the First Coast Relocation Guide for the year 2024.

The cost of participation for Agent is $350 for the entire year.
2. Publication Feature:

Agent's participation includes a featured space within the Guide for the year 2024.

The featured space will include Agent's profile, contact information, and a QR code linked to a dedicated webpage on www.RelocateNorthFlorida.com, exclusively showcasing Agent's profile.
3. Online Exposure:

In addition to the Guide feature, Agent will be featured as one of sixteen relocation specialists on www.RelocateNorthFlorida.com for the year 2024.

Agent's profile will be visible to individuals visiting the website seeking relocation assistance.
4. Payment:

Agent shall make a one-time payment of $350 to UNITED Real Estate Gallery.

Payment must be received by 10/31/2023 to secure Agent's participation.
5. Cancellation:

Agent understands and agrees that participation fees are non-refundable.

In the event that Agent chooses to cancel participation before 10/31/2023, they will not be billed for any additional amounts.
6. Agreement Term:

This Agreement shall be effective as of the date first above written and shall remain in effect until December 31, 2024.
