1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW: The "ShowingTime Listing Showcase on Zillow" offers Agents the opportunity to have premium positioning for their real estate listings on Zillow, the internet's top buyer portal.

1. INCLUDED SERVICES:

   • High-resolution photography of the interior and exterior of the listing.

   • An interactive virtual tour.

   • 2-D floor plan.

   • Photographs of the amenity center corresponding to each listing.

1. COST & CONTRACT DURATION:

   • The cost for this program is $600 per month.

   • A 90-day contract duration is mandatory.

   • To terminate this Agreement before its 90-day duration concludes, a 30-day notice is required once the participant has completed 60 days.

   • If no cancellation is made within the stipulated 30-day period before the contract's expiration, the contract will automatically renew every 30 days until a 30-day notice to cancel is provided by the Agent.

1. TOKENS:

   • For the monthly fee of $600, the Agent will receive 1 token valid for a 30-day period. This token can be applied to any new or existing listing.

   • Tokens MUST be used within their valid 30-day period and DO NOT ROLL OVER.

   • Once a listing is tagged with the "Listing Showcase" status, this status will remain until the listing is SOLD, EXPIRED, or WITHDRAWN.

   • Example: If a listing doesn't sell in the first 30 days and the Agent adds a new listing the subsequent month, the Agent will have two showcase listings running concurrently until one or both of the listings have been SOLD.

1. TERMINATION:

   • To terminate this Agreement before its 90-day duration concludes, a 30-day notice is required once the participant has completed 60 days.. Failure to provide this notice will result in automatic renewal as stated in point 3.

 

By filling out and submitting the form, the Realtor® consents to the terms detailed on this page and authorizes UNITED Real Estate Gallery to charge their account for the participation fee. First payment not due until 11/1/2023.
